Transport for youths involved with anti-social behaviour to attend the ‘Hub Garden’ Programme, that will be taking place on a farm in Cliviger. The programme will involve youths tidying and restoring the farm, planting, growing fruit, and vegetables and learning key life skills. The Officer wanted to offer a diversionary scheme to prevent these youths continuing their involvement with crime and disorder.
