Domestic Abuse Vulnerability

Mobile phones purchased for victims of domestic violence where phones have taken by the Police for evidential purpose or been damaged by the abuser and the victim has no way of contacting the emergency services. The project was match funded by Lancashire’s Police and Crime Commissioner resulting in funding for 300 mobile phones being awarded.
