The LANPAC Team

Based in the Corporate Development Department at Lancashire Constabulary Headquarters,the team co-ordinate the day to day activities of the Partnership.

Ian Groundwater
Ian has been a part of the LANPAC team since 1993. As the LANPAC Manager, Ian manages all day to day running of the Charity, co-ordinates the company's countywide projects and gives professional advice to the LANPAC Board in the assessment of bids for funding. Ian also conducts project evaluation to ensure value for money.

Al Yusuf
Al has worked for Lancashire Constabulary since 1988 and has responsibilty for all sponsorship and donations in relation to LANPAC. Al, along with Ian Groundwater, also visits companies on a regular basis in order to increase membership.

Julie Debicka
Julie joined the LANPAC team in 1998 and is responsible for the LANPAC web-site, as well as organising crime prevention seminars and fundraising days.
