This years annual golf day will be held at Preston Golf Club, Fulwood Hall Lane, Fulwood, Preston on Friday 18th July 2008 and is being generously sponsored by Ribby Hall Village.

Organisations are invited to enter teams of four persons, using Stableford scoring with 3/4 handicap rule (24 max for men, 36 max for women). The team score will comprise of the best two scores per hole with ALL scores counting on the par 3's.

The event will comprise of am (between 10am and 11.30am) and pm (between 1pm and 3pm) starting times with refreshments on arrival; lunch at the golf club; 18 holes of competition golf on a splendid course and a complimentary welcome pack. The day will be followed by a prize presentation evening dinner commencing at 8pm at the club.

The winning team will be awarded a trophy and prizes will also be available to the top 3 teams in the competition, plus longest drive and nearest the pin on nominated holes. The cost per team is £275 + VAT

There are a number of ways to advertise your company on the day including:

• Donation of raffle prizes
• Sponsorship of a hole at £50 + VAT

The event is expected to be a sell out, so please be aware that tee off times will be allocated on a first come first served basis!
