LANPAC Annual Dinner 2008
The Lancashire Partnership Against Crime's Annual Dinner was held at the Barton Grange Hotel, Barton, Preston
on Thursday 4th December 2008.
This year’s event was generously sponsored by The Sutton Group of Companies
and boasted exceptional hospitality, delicious food, magnificent entertainment and some very special guests.
Over 200 attendees enjoyed a delicious five course meal and
wine as well as being entertained by the great talent of comedian John Martin.
Our Chairman, Jimmy Armfield had the pleasure of welcoming Sir Bobby Charlton and Sir Tom Finney as our special guests
for the evening. Sir Bobby and Sir Tom are without doubt twoof the most famous English players of
all time. Their names are not only synonymous with some of the greatest moments in the English
game but also with the highest traditions of sportsmanship and integrity.

Over £6,000 was raised for our charity on the evening and we are very grateful to all who attended, provided prizes and contributed on the evening.
